Overlayable via a scroll block’s style pack. Dialogue panel presets may also set scrollbar_style to an element pack so a soft ADV plate can use a different bar than a dense settings screen, and scrollbar_layout (default / reserve) for whether the body keeps a stable scrollbar column — Theme: panel.
